IRWIN NATURALS PARTNERS WITH VITAMIN ANGELS
TO SUPPORT WORLDWIDE NUTRITIONAL NEEDS
LOS ANGELES - - Irwin Naturals, a leading supplier of high quality nutritional supplement products has joined with Vitamin Angels, a nonprofit organization that has been providing vital nutrition globally for over 14 years. Vitamin Angels is committed to eradicating childhood blindness, due to vitamin A deficiency (VAD) by the year 2020 through their Operation 20/20 campaign. Irwin Natural’s contributions will support Vitamin Angels’ numerous Children and Expectant Mother Health Programs to address the chronic malnutrition and vitamin deficiency throughout the world.

He also says that the cost for the entire Operation 20/20 program including the two vitamin A capsules is only 25 cents per child per year. “There are so many organizations people donate to where they don’t know if they are going to make a real impact in the world, this isn’t one of them. We know that with vitamin A these children won’t go blind.”
Irwin Naturals has developed a program that involves both consumers and store employees in an effort to maximize donations. Supported by an in-store program scheduled to launch in May 2008, Irwin Naturals will support its promotion efforts with television advertising, in-store displays, informational brochures, signage and more to create a strong awareness of this important program. All of the money raised will go towards supporting Vitamin Angels’ tireless efforts.
